Yesterday, we reported on what was the beginning of a war of words on Twitter between All That Remains frontman Phil Labonte and Trivium bassist Paolo Gregaletto. The drama results from Labonte's appearance on a recent InfoWars segment where he gave his views on the problems with gun control.
At the time, Paolo joked that Labonte should stick to making Youtube videos instead of music. Labonte responded by saying that Paolo is the third most important person in a four man band, where the fourth person keeps changing. We documented the entire exchange yesterday, and today there is more:

Even I got into it a bit with Phil on Twitter after I decided to alert his label on where he chose to get publicity for himself and his band:
Hey @UMG @razorandtie, you must be so proud that one of your artists, @philthatremains is getting publicity on a website that is peddling crap like this. pic.twitter.com/1mrxB4ui3H

I wonder if the blogs understood my whole point of making that video was to try to help the conversation. To help people understand the law and things of that nature. https://t.co/Tq8bZLemAo

Your contribution was dismissing any sort of regulation while failing to offer anything resembling solution. And then you ran to your safe space to cry that mean bloggers made fun of you. https://t.co/yqCsXXjvzO

And Iâve been interacting with people about this one twitter and YouTube since so I donât even think your insult about âgoing to a safe spaceâ is accurate.

During your @InfoWars appearance, I heard nothing resembling a solution, just shooting down ideas and crying about bully bloggers with a dude who made his name on bullying.

Well, if you watched the video that the piece on infowars was about…
Ya know, the one that started this whole hubbub.

The one where you shot down every solution and linked to a WSJ article? Yea, I watched it. But my original tweet was about your appearance on Info Wars.

Rob, I didnât shoot them down. I pointed out the issues that will arise and how difficult it will be. If youâre only interested in attacking me personally there is no point talking to you. Which is why I wouldnât reach out to you guys in the first place.

I appreciate how measured and reasonable your responses are. Its hard for me to be anything but succinct on here, but would love to have a reasonable convo, without name calling about this serious situation off social media. Still doesn't excuse Info Wars signal boosting.

Iâm actually impressed with my tone as well considering the circumstances. Probably cause I legit am trying to help and not flame.

We were surprised as well, and still have an open invite to Phil to call into the RIP a Livecast (any Thursday) and discuss gun control in a serious manner.
