Mark Morton got a who's who of guest appearances on his new solo album, Anesthetic, which is in stores on March 1st.

Today, he unveiled a new single, “Save Defiance” and besides his tasty guitar licks, the song features Alter Bridge vocalist Myles Kennedy (also in Slash's solo band), Alice In Chains bassist Mike Inez and Korn drummer Ray Luzier. The track sounds like some grade A dad metal. Take a listen:

Other musicians on the album include  Chester Bennington, Randy Blythe, Jacoby Shaddix, Alissa White-Gluz, Mark Lanegan, Chuck Billy, Jake Oni, Josh Todd, Mark Morales and Naeemah Maddox. Musically, Morton performs all guitars, with Roy Mayorga, David Ellefson, Ray Luzier, Paulo Gregoletto and Alex Bent, Mike Inez, Jean-Paul Gaster, Steve Gorman and Marc Paul rounding out the band.

Anesthetic and is out March 1, 2019 via WPP/Spinefarm. Mark also heads on tour soon with Light The Torch. We talked in depth to Mark about the album in a recent interview. Check it out:
